Contracts have their own language and the same is true when it comes to intellectual property (IP). Your IP is key to scaling and growing your business. But do you own the copyrights for everything you create in your business? Do you own the work you paid others to create for you? What about trademarks? Can you use their trademark on your website? Can they use yours? It all depends on what is in the contract or lack thereof and the law.
