To make compliance with that law free and easy for Maryland employers, the state created Maryland Saves--an emergency and retirement savings program. As an incentive, employers that comply with the law will qualify for a waiver of their $300 SDAT annual report filing fee. Executive Director Glenn Simmons will briefly introduce the program and answer all questions.</div></p>
