Take a fresh look at board, staff, and volunteer leadership in the nonprofit environment. How can leadership be cultivated and sustained in a nonprofit organization? This class will compare and contrast the respective leadership roles of a CEO, volunteer manager, and board members and discuss how these key individuals can combine leadership aims and styles for optimal impact on the organization's progress. The course is especially relevant for presidents, board members, program and search committee chairs, and executive directors. D.
