Against the backdrop of an expanding healthcare sector in Charles County, we're showcasing the pivotal role that health-conscious Black-owned enterprises play in enriching well-being and bolstering the community's holistic health. In Charles County, we're invigorated by the multitude of enterprises dedicated to championing healthier lifestyles, whether through their merchandise or the health-oriented services they provide. Shabach Yoga Studio
Run by former avid runner and Reiki Master Courtenay S. Brown, this Charles County yoga studio offers countless yoga classes for all fitness levels, as well as a comprehensive 200-hour yoga teacher training course and guided workshops.
