What businesses are eligible?

What does it cost to join the program?
There is no cost to join or accept gift cards. Minimal time commitment is needed to onboard your point-of-sale system and train employees.
How do I implement the “With Love From Charles” digital gift program?
- After registering, you will receive detailed instructions on preparing your POS and employees for “With Love From Charles” cards. This information will include activation information.
- Manually enter the activation information through the point-of-sale (POS) system. By doing so, you’re opting into the program and agreeing to the Merchant Agreement.
- One activation card will be required per system if you have multiple POS systems.
- Within 24 hours, your business can start accepting gift cards.
What resources are there to support businesses and employees?
- Training: Yiftee has a free digital resource library of videos to help businesses implement the program and train employees.
- Technical Support: If there is ever a technical issue with the digital cards, Yiftee offers daily remote support from 9 am to 6 pm EST.
- Marketing: All participating businesses will receive complimentary in-store signage from Yiftee to showcase their participation. Yiftee’s website also provides template marketing resources to support businesses' in-house advertising. Participating companies are welcome to use these resources to market the program to their customers as they see fit, including offering discounts on products, services, or experiences purchased with “With Love From Charles” cards or limited offers to increase card redemptions.
