MedStar Shah Medical Group


MedStar Shah Medical Group has developed two ambulatory medical office buildings in Charles County to house their expanding operations. The main building is a newly constructed 51,000-square-foot, three-story facility at 10 Saint Patrick’s Drive in Waldorf. The following services will be offered:

  • Floor 1: Walk-in clinic, advanced cancer center, pharmacy, and diagnostic services (CAT scans and MRIs)
  • Floor 2: Medical specialites (approximately 15 specialties)
  • Floor 3: Surgical specialties

The second building is a new 20,000-square-foot facility in the Waldorf Technology Center at Berry Road and U.S. 301.

The MedStar Shah Medical Group will employ an estimated 210 to 240 new health care workers in Charles County. Both facilities are expected to be up and running Fall 2020.
