MedStar Shah Medical Group

MedStar Shah Medical Group is planning to develop two ambulatory medical office buildings in Charles County to house their expanding operations. The main building will be a 51,000-square-foot, three-story facility that will replace an existing building at 10 Saint Patrick’s Drive in Waldorf. Demolition of the existing building is scheduled for Summer 2019. The second building will be a new 20,000-square-foot facility to be constructed in the Waldorf Technology Center at Berry Road and U.S. 301.

The MedStar Shah Medical Group will employ an estimated 210 to 240 new health care workers in Charles County. Project completion is expected by Summer 2021.
