LaunchPad Charles County
LaunchPad Charles County is a new entrepreneurship training initiative designed to support aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage businesses during the earliest stages of development.
This four-month pilot program provides a structured pathway for individuals with a business idea (or a newly established business) to gain the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to launch and grow a sustainable enterprise in Charles County.
Recognizing that aspiring entrepreneurs often face barriers to accessing traditional small business resources, LaunchPad Charles County creates an accessible, supportive learning environment where participants can transform ideas into legally structured, market-ready businesses.
Through a series of interactive virtual sessions, participants will learn the fundamentals of business formation, compliance, financial management, marketing, and long-term growth strategies. The program also emphasizes peer collaboration and ongoing mentorship to help entrepreneurs maintain momentum beyond the classroom.
Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a Certificate of Completion and be recognized as a LaunchPad Charles County Certified Entrepreneur.
