Business Wellness Workshop

The 2026 Business Wellness Workshop, hosted by the Charles County Economic Development Department during Business Appreciation Week, was held on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at the BI Building at the College of Southern Maryland, La Plata Campus. 

The Business Wellness Workshop provided expert insights, strategies, and networking opportunities to support business growth in Charles County. This year’s event featured an engaging format that combined expert-led sessions, “Ignite”-style presentations from a variety of Circle of Services partners, and opportunities for attendees to connect with fellow business owners and resource partners.

Attendees gained actionable strategies across key areas of business success, including financing solutions, business growth tactics, demystifying contracting, and process improvement for small businesses.
