Waldorf Station

Waldorf Station is a 145-acre mixed-use project in north Waldorf, Maryland, located at the intersection of U.S. Route 301 and Maryland Route 5. Developed by Greenberg Gibbons, the project is planned as a pedestrian-friendly town center environment with retail, food and beverage, entertainment, residential, and office uses in a walkable configuration.

Phase One of the development is underway, with confirmed tenants that include Starbucks, Pollo Campero, Honeygrow, and Potbelly. The Ironwood, a 302-unit apartment community, opened in summer 2025 and has seen strong leasing activity.
