The Commercial Lease is almost certainly the most complicated contract that any small business will ever see or deal with (well… except for loan documents). This session will expose attendees to the common features and common pitfalls of a commercial lease. In a post-pandemic world, tenants have more power than ever before, so we will also discuss points where tenants can negotiate more favorable terms.
